National School Prefects Conference (NSPC)

This is an annual conference for High school prefects. It gives student leaders an opportunity to learn, develop and practice life skills necessary to kick start their leadership journey. It will also Increase their confidence, motivation, and their social skills. Through this conference, the students’ leaders will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their roles. Besides increasing their awareness of the expectations of a student leader (their roles, responsibilities, and qualities), participants will also increase their understanding on leadership, time management, goal setting, leadership skills, team building, entrepreneurship, managing and resolving conflicts, and cultural intelligence.
