EU-INSIDE is a programme implemented in Nigeria under the responsibilities of the National Planning Commission and through the services of a Consortium lead by the European Consultants Organization. The programme is funded by the European Union, and INSIDE is a challenging programme, focusing on capacitating Non State Actors in Nigeria operating in the following sectors: Peace and Security, Human Rights and Governance, Water and Sanitation and Environmental Protection and Climate Change.

NECAIN: USAID/NECAIN: NELA Consortium AIDS Initiative in Nigeria.
Established in 1996, the Network on Ethics/Human Rights, Law, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Support and Care (NELA) is a civil society, non-governmental organization with HIV/AIDS related activities spanning prevention, counselling, advocacy, training, research, care and support, ethics and human rights. NELA, in collaboration with International HIV/AIDS Alliance (IHAA), USAID, National and State Action Committees on AIDS, provides technical and financial assitance to NGOs/CBOs in Nigeria to carry out OVC programmes and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support programmes at the community level.

CiSHAN is a national network of more than 2,000 civil society organisations working on HIV in Nigeria. CiSHAN builds the capacity of its members to implement a wide range of HIV-related. Established in August 2000, CiSHAN works through over 2,000 members and 72 community based organisations. CiSHAN facilitates and coordinates the response of civil society to HIV in Nigeria. Its projects have a wide scope and include HIV prevention, care and support, stigma reduction, voluntary counselling and testing, poverty alleviation, gender and human rights and community mobilisation.

Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization committed to improving the quality of the life of the people in Nigeria and elsewhere in sub-Sahara Africa. ARFH was established in 1989 in response to the health and social needs of the disadvantaged groups in rural and urban communities. Since then, the organization has consistently responded to the challenges posed by HIV/AIDS, adolescent social, sexual and reproductive health problems and maternal mortality rate in Nigeria.
