Global Youth Leadership Experience (GYLE)

The annual Global Youth Leadership Experience (GYLE) Programme for young leaders in Africa started in 2016 and it aims to build life skills, mentoring and networking for young leaders in churches, youth ministries, and university campus fellowships in Africa to impact their world.

The GLYE is a lifetime experience and incredible opportunity to help the current and future young global leaders from Africa acquire relevant knowledge that can lead to global transformation followed by 6 months mentoring. This program helps them reflect on their leadership journey and the changes they might be willing to make in the future. They would explore their own values, motivations, and goals for how they want to impact the world for Christ.

Selected participants understand themselves better and find what inspires them, what they really want to do, and what their vision is with honesty and integrity. It is expected that the participants would transfer the knowledge and experience gained to least 10 persons in their circle of influence for multiplying effect.
